In a recent article by Bonny Fourie, a multimedia journalist for IOL Property, highlighted South Africa’s top 10 small towns for semigrants and second-home buyers, listing Franschhoek as number 1, followed by Nottingham Road, St Francis Bay, and Langebaan.
Bonny continues to say that Nottingham Road, ranked second, is renowned for prestigious schools and its proximity to the Drakensberg and Midlands Meander – just 1.5 hours from Durban and 4.5 hours from Johannesburg.
