This week, I had the pleasure of guiding prospective parents on a tour of our school. During the tour, a remarkable incident unfolded that I feel compelled to share with you. As we strolled through the school premises, a young boy approached us with his infectious energy. All three adults present were taken aback as this confident young man introduced himself with a firm handshake and direct eye contact. He even wished us a pleasant day before continuing with his activities. Considering his history of extreme shyness, witnessing this transformation left me truly astonished. This instance serves as a powerful testament to one of our core Clifton values: When a child believes in their ability to contribute to the world, they engage with others through seemingly minor yet significant gestures, such as a friendly greeting….
